Aussie blues & roots icons Busby Marou turned plenty of heads earlier this year when their third album, Postcards from the Shell House, debuted at #1 on the ARIA charts.
They have since followed it up with a monster national tour, and will be hitting up dates all around New South Wales from November 2017 – January 2018.
Queensland boys Thomas Busby & Jeremy Marou‘s laid-back style towards the blues has won critical acclaim and plenty of fans all over the country. Their infectious charm and outstanding musical chemistry saw them pick up an APRA Award in 2012.
Postcards from the Shell House has continued that trend, with the album being nominated at this years ARIA awards for Best Blues & Roots Album.
They are also in the running to win the Triffid’s Queensland Album of the Year, with voting for that closing on November 8.
The album has spawned several successful singles, with tracks Getaway Car and Best Part of Me already being warmly embraced by fans of blues and root music.
Their tour will include a special event back in their hometown of Rockhampton, so be sure to head out for the chance to see one of Australia’s up-and-coming talents.
