Kendrick Lamar has had an incredible commercial and critical run. With Section 80 and Good Kid, M.A.A.D City, people were immediately taken with his ability to write great songs with a socially aware edge. But it was 2015’s To Pimp a Butterfly that solidified Lamar as one of the great artists of this decade.
